10.10. to 11.11.2025: Games Month
This year, we are once again hosting a variety of gaming events at various locations in the University Library from 10 October to 11 November 2025: board games, consoles, puzzles, party games and cult classic games – there is something for everyone.
UB Games Month is taking place for the fourth time this year. The idea was born in 2022, inspired by "International Games Month", which takes place annually in libraries around the world.
The games will be offered at various locations in the University Library of Zurich. Some of them relate to the subject area of the location, such as an evening dedicated to the Japanese card game Hanafuda at the Asia-Orient Library. Other sites will feature popular games, including a Jass tournament, Dungeons & Dragons adventures, and escape room challenges.
Puzzles and games that can be played throughout the event will also be available at several locations. We hope you enjoy them!
