• The study spaces can be used at any time without prior reservation.

• Some of the study spaces are reserved for students of the Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies.

The collection focuses on original language works on language, literature, philosophy, religion, history and society in China and Japan.

The institute's entire journal holdings on East Asia are located in the basement.
